On Saturday, Feb. 22, former East Ascension High School standout Kael Babin’s current college team, the Omaha Mavericks, lost 12-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the LSU Tigers.

The game took place at Skip Bertman Field @ Alex Box Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 27 at 3 p.m. at Hoglund Ballpark against Kansas Jayhawks.
