On Sunday, March 2, former Lutcher High School standouts Luke Babin and Noah Detillier’s current college team, the Nicholls State Colonels, lost 14-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the McNeese State Cowboys.
The game took place at Joe Miller Ballpark. This was their third matchup against the Cowboys this season.
The Colonels’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 6 p.m. at J.C. Love Field at Pat Patterson Park against Louisiana Tech Bulldogs.
