On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Lutcher High School standout Quinn Smith’s current college team, the Southeastern Louisiana Lions, won 11-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Alcorn State Braves.
The game took place at Pat Kenelly Diamond at Alumni Field. This was their third matchup against the Braves this season.
The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 6 p.m. at M. L. Tigue Moore Field at Russo Park against Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns.
