St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office announces arrests related to homicide and trespassing

On June 20, 2025, the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office released information regarding two recent arrests in Killona, Louisiana.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Gary Entremont, a 43-year-old male, was arrested on June 18 at the Nelson Coleman Correctional Center located at 5061 LA 3127. Entremont was taken into custody based on an outstanding warrant and faces charges of first degree vehicular negligent injuring and vehicular homicide. “The St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office reports Entremont was taken into custody relative to an outstanding warrant for the mentioned charges. He was booked accordingly.”

In a separate incident, Rudolph Dent, also a 43-year-old male, was arrested on June 19 at 158 Killona Drive. The Sheriff’s Office stated that Dent was seen on video surveillance trespassing at a residence. After being identified through the footage, he was apprehended and transported to the Nelson Coleman Correctional Center where he faced charges of criminal trespass and a fugitive arrest. “The St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office reports that Dent was captured on video surveillance footage trespassing at a residence. He was identified and taken into custody. Dent was transported to the NCCC, where he was booked accordingly.”
