A 36-year-old man from Slidell, Louisiana, was arrested by the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office on February 21, 2026. The arrest took place at Valero Dufresne Loop in Luling, Louisiana.

The individual, identified as Keldon Ussin Jr., faces charges including driving while intoxicated (DWI), reckless operation of a vehicle without an accident, and possession of false certificates.
