Authorities in St. Charles Parish have reported a series of drug-related arrests that occurred between February 5 and February 9, 2026. The St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office detailed the circumstances surrounding each arrest and the charges filed against the individuals.
On February 5, Kiera Lewis, 36, was arrested at 130 American Bank Lane in Hahnville following a narcotics investigation that began in January. Lewis faces charges including possession with intent to distribute marijuana and Tapentadol Hydrochloride, illegal use of a controlled substance in the presence of minors under 17, and simple criminal damage to property. She was booked into the Nelson Coleman Correctional Center (NCCC).
Quentin Green, 29, turned himself in at NCCC on February 9 due to an outstanding warrant related to a previous narcotics investigation from 2025. Green is charged with multiple counts including possession with intent to distribute Tramadol, cocaine, crack cocaine, marijuana; illegal carrying of a weapon in connection with controlled dangerous substances; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; possession or distribution of drug paraphernalia; and transactions involving proceeds from CDS activity.
Luis Ramirez Rodriguez, 31, was taken into custody on Highway 90 and I-310 in Boutte after deputies stopped him for several traffic violations. Officers discovered he did not possess a driver’s license and had committed additional offenses such as failure to dim headlights and driving with an expired license plate. A search of his vehicle revealed crack cocaine and marijuana.
Brandon Landry, 37, was arrested at St. Charles Blvd. and River Road in Luling during a traffic stop when deputies found he had an attachment for his arrest. A subsequent vehicle search uncovered illicit drugs and paraphernalia.
Blake McLean, 34, was apprehended at River Road and Riverbend Drive in St. Rose for operating a vehicle with a suspended license. Deputies also found methamphetamine during their search.
Tiffany Stewart, 38, was stopped on Airline Highway in Norco for speeding and had an active warrant for her arrest. During booking at NCCC, correctional officers found she possessed a Schedule II drug.
On February 6 at E. Hoover Street in New Sarpy, Makhi Blackmon (17) was arrested following an investigation that started earlier this year; he is charged with possession of marijuana and Tapentadol Hydrochloride.
Also on E. Hoover Street that day, Tremaine Scott (42) faced charges after detectives concluded another narcotics investigation begun in January: “Possession with intent to distribute Cocaine, Possession with intent to distribute Crack Cocaine, Possession with intent to distribute Suboxone, Possession with intent to distribute Marijuana, Transactions involving proceeds from CDS activity,
Resisting an officer,” along with an attachment arrest.
