Gas was priced at $2.25 per gallon.

For the week ending Mar. 7, the lowest reported price of regular gas in St. Charles Parish stood at $2.37 per gallon.
Drivers in Ascension Parish reported a weekly low of $2.79 per gallon for midgrade gas in the week ending Mar. 7.
The cheapest per-gallon price for diesel gas in St. James Parish during the week ending Feb. 28 was $3.09 per gallon.
